Little Skillers sells online courses, tutoring sessions, and digital learning services. Because these are service-based learning products, refunds are handled according to the status of the class or course access.
If you request cancellation before your course or session has started, we may offer a refund, course transfer, or account credit depending on the situation.
Once a live class has been attended, a session has been delivered, or course access has been used, refunds may not be available for that completed portion.
If a student misses a class, Little Skillers may try to guide the family with available options, but missed sessions are not automatically refundable.
If a class cannot be delivered due to a verified issue from our side, we may provide a replacement session, reschedule, account credit, or refund for the affected session.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider in Pakistan.
